Question: Why can’t I see my report?
Depending on the case status, your results might not be available. Received cases will not have results or reports available. Preliminary or Final results will have reports available.
If the case has a status of Preliminary or Final and you still can’t generate a report, check your pop-up blocker. Set your browser to always allow pop-ups from our site.
Question: Why can’t I log in to my portal?
Has your clinic requested a new account? Your login information from our legacy portal no longer works with the new system. To create a new account, please email ndsu.vetlab@ndsu.edu with the following information:-Email address
-First and last name of the account holder
-Clinic association
Incomplete information may result in a delay of account setup. Once the account has been created, you will receive a confirmatory email with instructions to change your password.
