The North Dakota State University Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (NDSU VDL) invites applications for a non-tenure track position as a Veterinary Diagnostician. Primary responsibilities include interfacing with clients on cases, case coordination, performing necropsies, consulting with veterinary pathologists on findings, and providing broad subject matter expertise in veterinary clinical or diagnostic medicine. Veterinarians with special interest in pathology, toxicology, nutrition, and/or epidemiology are encouraged to apply. Candidates who have finished pathology residency and are studying for boards will be considered. Non-traditional specialty training in pathology and toxicology may be available depending on the chosen candidate’s professional goals.

This is a benefited position with primary duties scheduled from Monday through Friday with no evening and very limited weekend on-call services.
